PSN Indonesia 2026 marks a significant evolution: our first in-person, internationally co-organized conference, held at Lokananta, Indonesia's first national music recording studio.

Conference Theme

Regimes – Negotiations – Resistance: From popular music studies in Southeast Asia, this theme explores how punk and related cultural movements produce, negotiate, and contest identity, resistance, creativity, and cultural memory.
